Sierra Nevada They teamed up with the monks of Abbey of New Clairvaux in Vina, CA and produced an amazing beer called Ovila Dubbel in order to raise funds to help rebuild the historic Ovila chapter house building on the grounds of the Abbey of New Clairvaux.
